Little Jockeys is a fun-packed two hour experience for children from 5-11 years. If your child is passionate about ponies and would like to learn how to take care of them in a safe and structured environment, then Little Jockeys is for them.

Each week we take a new focus, learning about different aspects of pony care. The session will start with a ‘Meet and Greet’ the ponies, to ensure your child feels happy and confident around each of our ponies. They will learn how to tack them up and lead their pony to our outdoor arena, where they will enjoy riding with one of our well-trained staff leading them.

After we have returned to The Little Barn for refreshments, it will be time to learn about how to take care of their ponies. Skills learnt will focus on teaching your child how to be responsible and caring pony lovers. They will include: grooming their pony, paddock care, caring for their tack, pony safety.
